biography
Dr. Marc Weintraub is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA. Dr. Weintraub’s research focuses on the prognoses of mood and psychotic disorders as well as approaches to improve psychosocial treatments for these conditions. He has clinical expertise in the diagnostic assessment and psychosocial treatment (individual and family) of psychopathology across the lifespan. Dr. Weintraub’s research is funded by numerous research grants, including funding from the National Institute of Mental Health, American Psychological Foundation, Aim for Mental Health, and the Friends of Semel. He has authored and co-authored numerous published papers and book chapters and has presented at national and international scientific meetings.
