All inpatient notes are now using standardized templates from admission to discharge. In your note in EPIC, type .nphnote, select F2, and choose the appropriate template.
For adolescent PHP and ABC PHP, you will require access to their EPIC system in order to view each day’s list of patients and enter your notes under their daily encounter using their specified templates.
