Approximately every quarter, Dulce or another member of the administrative office will reach out to request a supervision log documenting the dates you met with your weekly external (psychotherapy) supervisor, your monthly internal (UCLA faculty) supervisor (who signs your FPC notes), and your rotation supervisors. The expectation is to meet with your external supervisor weekly, your internal supervisor monthly, and your rotation supervisors weekly.
